What format are the guides delivered in?
A designed PDF. Read it on your phone, tablet or computer, or print it — the worksheets are built to be filled in either way.
How do I access my purchase?
Instantly. The moment your order is confirmed you'll get an email with a secure download link. Nothing is shipped.
Can I download it more than once?
Yes. Save it to as many of your own devices as you like, and you keep lifetime access to the current version.
My download link didn't arrive.
Check your spam folder first, then email tj@guidevault.store with your order number. I re-send it the same day.
Refunds & Support
Do you offer refunds?
Because these are instant-download digital files, orders are final once the download link has been delivered — there's no way to return a file. There is one clear exception: if the file is broken, is the wrong product, or is not what the product page described, email me and I will replace it or refund you. Can I ask a question before I buy?
Please do. Email tj@guidevault.store and describe your situation. If a guide isn't right for you, I'll say so — I'd rather lose the sale than take money for something that won't help.
Who makes these
Who writes the guides?
I do. Guidevault is run by one person — TJ, a high school basketball player from Eastvale, California. The recruiting guide comes from my own recruiting process. The others are researched and built from primary sources, and each one is dated so you can see how current it is.
Are these written by experts or professionals?
No, and I won't claim otherwise. These are researched implementation systems, not professional advice. Nothing in a Guidevault guide is legal, medical, tax or financial advice — each guide says exactly where you should check with a qualified professional instead.
How often are guides updated?
When the underlying facts change. Guides covering rules that move — loan programs, eligibility, platform pricing — carry a review date and a source list. Updates are free with your lifetime access.
Are there customer reviews?
Not yet. Guidevault is new and very few people have bought anything, so there is nothing honest to show. I'm not going to write reviews that didn't come from real buyers. When there are real ones, they'll go up with permission.
Checkout & Security
Is checkout secure?
Yes. Payment is handled entirely by Shopify's encrypted checkout — Guidevault never sees or stores your card details.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards, plus Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
