- Your download didn't arrive or won't open. Email me your order number — I'll re-send the link the same day.
- A question before you buy. Ask whether a guide covers your specific situation. If it doesn't, I'll tell you, and I'd rather you didn't buy it.
- Something in a guide looks wrong or out of date. Please tell me. Corrections go into the next version and you get it free.
- Privacy requests. Access, correction or deletion of your personal information — see the Privacy Policy.
Before you email about a refund
Guidevault sells instant-download digital files, so orders are final once the download link has been delivered. That said — if the file is broken, the wrong product, or not what the page said it was, email me and I will make it right. Full details are in the Refund Policy.
